All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have a question about the condition of your order, please contact us at sales@pulsetradingcard.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue, including any photos or videos you can provide of the item in question. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

 

Custom Products 

Please note that custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unopened and undamaged, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
